Entertainment Event Design

As a professional in the field of marketing communications, I strive to create impactful and meaningful work. In today's dynamic marketing landscape, it's essential to adapt to evolving trends. Traditional events no longer suffice; people desire immersive and engaging experiences that leave a lasting impact. This shift transforms guests from observers into participants, creating memorable moments that resonate with them. Crafting such experiences demands thinking outside the box to design unique environments and integrate different elements.

By curating distinctive events, I work with brands to elevate their image, make meaningful connections with audiences, and distinguish themselves in a competitive market. This approach not only attracts attention but also cultivates brand loyalty and positive interactions.

Encore's New Years

I contributed to Encore's New Year's Eve invitational, engaging in all aspects of event coordination. From setup to breakdown, I assisted the management of sound, production, rehearsals, performances, makeup, costumes, and time management. Additionally, I facilitated seamless communication with vendors, ensuring the event was seamlessly executed.

Cirque Du Sol

I assisted in bringing to life the client's vision for a Cirque du Soleil-themed birthday party. This involved crafting the proposal, and collaborating closely with the client to ensure alignment with their vision. I managed the budget and created ideas for engagement, coordinated with vendors to secure essential elements. During the event, I played a key role in ensuring flawless execution and overall success. Additionally, I communicated with event professionals and managed performance times.

Project Proposal Example

Given the exceptional nature and magnitude of our projects, as well as the caliber of individuals we collaborate with, safeguarding their reputation mirrors our commitment to preserving our own. Consequently, a considerable portion of our endeavors remains undisclosed due to the confidentiality agreements in place. To offer insight into the work, I've provided a drafted example for your reference.

Creative Collective

Throughout my semester-long, 400-hour internship, I learned valuable insights from my mentors, refining and expanding my skill set along the way. Our initiative was to create engagement and cultivate a sense of community with unique small business owners who don't fit into the standard chamber of commerces. Central to my role was cultivating meaningful connections, actively engaging stakeholders to drive organizational objectives while ensuring client satisfaction through personalized assistance. Leveraging my strategic process, I worked on initiatives that not only promoted events but also ignited engagement and amplified brand recognition. Specifically, I contributed to various facets of the internship, including newsletter creation, event planning and management, social media content development, and the execution of targeted campaigns such as the Shop Small November initiative.
